How do I create my first password?

Use the 'Click here to create your first password' link on the login screen. Enter your student number, your OMU-YÖS ID number and an active Gmail address; your password will be sent to your email.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the 'I forgot my password' link on the login screen and enter the Gmail address registered in the system to receive your password again by email.

How do I get my student certificate and acceptance letter?

Log in with your student number and password, then use the 'Student Document Inquiry' section to download your document and, where applicable, send it directly to the relevant embassy or consulate.
